The city of Bad Salzungen has been carrying out sustainable and long-term urban redevelopment since 1991. Various areas of urban development have been supported in recent years - including the "Innenstadt" rehabilitation area and the "Gartenstadt Allendorf".
Various construction projects within the framework of urban rehabilitation and additional ERDF funding will significantly change and shape the cityscape of Bad Salzungen over the next few years. The largest project is the remodelling and redesign of the station environment.
