The image of the child and our understanding of education
"Every child has the right to love, warmth, respect and good conditions for his or her development, as well as the right to a harmonious education and health-promoting measures. (Excerpt from the concept)
"We see children as independent and self-acting actors in their actions and learning. Through our support we want to accompany their curiosity and the urge to explore, investigate and understand things." (Excerpt from the concept)
The individuality of each child is always at the centre of our work, which is why we are child-centred. In order to take up and deepen all the children's interests, we offer various functional rooms. The Ü 3 children may move freely within the facility for a certain period of time and thus become active according to their interests and learn independently. The pedagogical staff accompanies the children.
"The implementation of the new "Thüringer Bildungsplan für Kinder bis 18 Jahre" (Thuringian educational plan for children up to the age of 18) is as much a compulsory task as the mutual cooperation and support of the educators in the team. This process is in a continuous development". (Excerpt from the concept)
The children are involved in everyday learning processes, as the participation of the children is very important to us.
Our team
In our facility state-approved educators and curative nurses work. A colleague is trained as a "specialist for nature-oriented pedagogy" and conducts the forest weeks with the respective group teacher.
Parental work
A successful education and upbringing partnership is very important to us, therefore we are in contact with the parents and involve them in important topics.
As part of our professional work, regular development talks take place in our institution.
